  • Continuous monitoring of land purchase process and options, and consultation on land potentialities and constraints
  • Contacts towards business collaborations and contacts with government/ministries, central and local authorities, other stakeholders etc
  • Monitoring of the people and processes, and general promotion and support towards the realization of the project
  • Assistance in the shaping and finalisation of the project’s aims, targets, timeframes, standards etc
  • The selection of best business and technical approaches/processes to realising the project

Design Stage  - Concept Designs, Master-planning Designs, Town Planning Permit Designs, Building Permit Designs, Tendering

  • Monitoring and support and information and consultation regarding all design aspects, people, processes and activities, in the context of local laws, regulations and realities
  • Consultation in the formation and organization and coordination of the design team of many construction consultants (architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, water works designers, landscape architects, interior designers and more)
  • Communication and contacts with government / ministries, central and local authorities, other stakeholders etc
  • Participation and consultation in the crucial processes of document preparation, tendering, evaluation and final choice of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Consultation regarding the technical, legal, economic and other aspects of the tendering processes
  • Consultation regarding the production of preliminary designs and corrections
  • Consultation regarding the production of final designs and specifications
  • Monitoring the tendering procedures

  • Assistance in the interim valuations
  • Participation in the preparation of measurements’ methods and pricing of variations
  • Assistance in the preparation of assessments of anticipated current and final cost
  • Participation in the examination of final accounts

  • Coordination of the various parties at site meetings and preparation of site meetings’ minutes

Post Construction Stage

  • Settlement of suppliers’ contractual claims – final account
  • Organisation and monitoring of re-construction and/or corrections
